Christine continues to speak regularly at Creative Living Bible Study and serves as a cantor, choir member, and eucharistic minister at Christ the King Church. She is a proud grandmother of six. and has dialed back her work schedule to accommodate her grandparenting responsibilities.
In 2021, God returned her to the purpose He had given her years ago, to write and tell stories that draw readers closer to Him. In This Lifetime is the result of that journey.

Christine has been able to put faith into action on mission trips to Appalachia where she helped the teens from her church repair and rejuvenate homes. Several years later, she traveled to Guatemala, to work with a NJ based non-profit, From Houses to Homes, building one-room dwellings for families in the region around Antigua. In 2009, she and her daughter v1isited Malawi to work with a Malawi-based non-profit, Ministry of Hope, in their feeding centers and crisis nursery. During that trip she was privileged to give the Sunday sermon to a congregation of several hundred with the help of a local translator.
